Berry Freckled Pen - Black Friday 2025

I want to start by saying I really loved this freckle pen! But unfortunately, I did have one that had a lid malfunction and the lid keeps popping off. This happened immediately after purchase. I tried to keep it lidded as much as I could, but now my pen’s “ink” has literally turned green. Like GREEN GREEN. I was offered $3 off my next purchase for the lid malfunction, but this pen is a bit expensive and that doesn’t really help the situation given the price and shipping. My pen malfunctioned almost immediately and now I can’t even use it because it’s discolored. I’m definitely disappointed and since I’ve messaged them on insta about it being green they haven’t even responded. Not thrilled with the customer service.

I love the berry freckle pen. But unfortunately can’t use it due to packing issues with the lid popping off.

I ADORED this pen and Rudi herself and have purchased twice already. I am devastated that my pen has also had cap issues and ultimately has now made the ink turn green. I was going somewhere yesterday and had to redo my makeup after seeing green splotches on my face upon application. I am going to email CS today and hope for a resolution.

I’ve purchased 2! Old packaging and new packaging. I literally store this in the safest way, on it own in a drawer. The cap always breaks. Then the pen either dries up or turns GREEN. This is ridiculous and at this point I will no longer be purchasing or supporting this brand. I’ve seen enough of these reviews that it should’ve been addressed at this point.

What a waste of money. I order this and it was clearly delivered to someone else and the customer service refuses to help. All I wanted was a damn freckle pen lol. What a joke. Dont waste your time.
