Returns
A Product purchased from Beaubble can be returned for any reason within thirty (30) days after the date such Product is delivered, provided that it is unopened, unused and in its original condition and original packaging. To initiate a return of a Product, send an email to [email protected] within thirty (30) days of the delivery of such Product requesting to return the Product and indicating your full name, your Beaubble username, your order number, the name of the Product and the reason for the return. After providing your return request within such 30-day period you must return the Product to Beaubble within ten (10) days of such request in order to be eligible for a refund. Returned Products must be (a) securely packaged in the original packaging with all documentation, (b) unopened, unused and undamaged by you, and (c) shipped at your own expense by the carrier of your choice to the return address indicated by Beaubble to you in response to your return request. Beaubble will not pay for or reimburse the cost of shipment or delivery of any returned Products and is not responsible for lost or undelivered Product returns.
Refunds
Beaubble will provide a refund for Products that are timely returned in accordance with the foregoing requirements following Beaubble’s receipt of the returned Product. The amount of your refund will be the purchase price you paid for the returned Product, including any associated sales tax, but will exclude the shipping and handling charges associated with your original purchase and Product delivery (which amounts will not be refunded). Refunds may be provided by Beaubble via your original form of payment or other reasonable means. No refunds will be provided, and returns may be rejected, if any of the return deadlines or requirements provided above are not met or complied with.
Cancellation of Product Orders
Prior to the date of shipment of a Product, you may cancel any order (including pre-orders) for such Product that you have placed with Beaubble for any reason (or no reason) and obtain a refund. To cancel your Product order, you must send an email requesting such cancellation to [email protected] prior to the date of Product shipment, which email must include your full name, your Beaubble username, your order number and the name of the Product you Pre-Ordered. Cancellation requests sent on or after the date or Product shipment are not valid and will not be honored. Beaubble may also cancel any of your orders at any time prior to shipment for any reason or for no reason. If you cancel your order prior to shipment in accordance with the foregoing procedure, or if Beaubble cancels your order, Beaubble will issue a full refund of the purchase price for such order via your original form of payment or other reasonable means.
