Freckles are so cute and natural. The cap eventually doesn’t fully close and now the color is green. Only last 1-2 months due to packaging ruining

I’m really disappointed because I genuinely love this freckle pen. I’ve repurchased it 3–4 times now, but I keep running into the same issues. The cap constantly breaks, and after a while the ink starts turning green, which makes it unusable. I’ve even resorted to taping the cap on just to keep using it, which honestly sucks. I’ve emailed about this problem multiple times, and it still doesn’t seem to be fixed. I truly love the product when it works, but these recurring issues are frustrating. Please address this!!! thank you.

Very natural and pretty

I loved this product and when the cap stays on, the application is easy and the freckles look so natural. I used this almost daily for about 8 months before the cap stopped clicking in and staying in place. Once the cap stops staying on, the applicator dries out and when you do get product to come out, the color is completely different than it was brand new. 8 months of use (I do very light freckles) is amazing for one pen though and overall loved it. Wish it was in stock to get more
