Chocolate Dripped Duo

I genuinely love this freckle pen and the effect it gives—when it works, it looks so natural and cute. However, I’ve noticed a recurring issue with the cap. After some time, the cap stops clicking closed and just springs back open instead of sealing properly.

Because of this, I suspect the product may be oxidizing or drying out, even though there’s clearly still a lot of product left in the pen. I’ve actually gone through two pens now where this has happened. Toward the end, the ink even starts to pull slightly green on the skin, which makes me think air exposure could be affecting the formula.

It’s frustrating because I’ve never been able to fully use one of these pens from start to finish—not because the product runs out, but because the cap won’t stay closed. I truly love the product itself and would 100% repurchase if this packaging issue were fixed.

I’ve ordered this and it’s apparently missing in shipping but I can’t get anyone from support to contact me so unfortunately I’m trying this route. I’ll happily update my review if I ever receive what I ordered
