Triple Dip Bundle

I ADORED this pen and Rudi herself and have purchased twice already. I am devastated that my pen has also had cap issues and ultimately has now made the ink turn green. I was going somewhere yesterday and had to redo my makeup after seeing green splotches on my face upon application. I am going to email CS today and hope for a resolution.

I’ve purchased 2! Old packaging and new packaging. I literally store this in the safest way, on it own in a drawer. The cap always breaks. Then the pen either dries up or turns GREEN. This is ridiculous and at this point I will no longer be purchasing or supporting this brand. I’ve seen enough of these reviews that it should’ve been addressed at this point.

What a waste of money. I order this and it was clearly delivered to someone else and the customer service refuses to help. All I wanted was a damn freckle pen lol. What a joke. Dont waste your time.

Love this liner so much. It leaves a beautiful staining effect. I bought Raspberry Jam and it is the perfect shade to provide definition without looking like a hard line. This will be a staple in my makeup routine.

What a perfect set!! Pigment is finally here to stay!
