Truly the best faux freckle tool on the market….nothing else compares to the results. However, girl…that cap….I have been buying since the original release and even with the ‘new updated’ red cap it still breaks and won’t click or stay on. To note, I only keep it stored in my makeup stand, I do not throw in my purse, I keep it secure and the cap still loses its click after around 2-3 months. Best product ever but please fix this cap situation. It’s dried out so many of my pens. But I will always continue to buy because it’s that good

I really love this pen when it works but the reviews talking about the cap is so right- my cap breaks every time no matter how careful I am with it. And then it leaks everywhere nonstop. It needs a serious upgrade in quality.

Don’t waste your money. A few months after buying it, the cap became defective and the color of the ink literally turned green. I reached out to customer service and they told me they couldn’t help me and that this was normal if the pen was “almost used up”, it’s not at all. It has so much ink left- it’s just green. Complete waste of money

The cap broke on all 3 pens I have bought, very disappointed in this product. Would love if someone would respond to my emails about getting a refund or a new freckle pen. Loved it when it worked.

the best ever and lasts forever!!! gotten so many friends obsessed but just need restocks more often 😭.
