Cap broke

I’ve been using this pen now for about a month and I love it. It creates natural freckles that have good staying power throughout the day. Unfortunately, a couple days ago the cap of the pen broke randomly. There’s really nothing to do about it.. the pen will eventually dry up. I’m very disappointed because I really do enjoy the product.

Loved the product, cap failed to seal properly dried out! I email company twice as I was directed by Rudi herself. No one had ever got back to me. Customer Service not responsive. Hopefully the issue has been addressed. I'll give it another try.
