u know what. taking showers at night really helped with my back acne (is this too gross to talk about? haha) my derm told me that we build up sebum on our body all day long and not having it properly cleaned and going to bed with it could clogged up more pores on the body. I mean we wash our face for the exact reason! But any how, any tips for back-acne will be great as well (:
