Healthy diet = heathy skin

thanks for this doctor! we love skincare but we often forget that skincare won't change our skin. we have to pay attention to what we put in out body too!!

u know what. taking showers at night really helped with my back acne (is this too gross to talk about? haha) my derm told me that we build up sebum on our body all day long and not having it properly cleaned and going to bed with it could clogged up more pores on the body. I mean we wash our face for the exact reason! But any how, any tips for back-acne will be great as well (:
I never thought about but I did significantly reduce my dairy intake. That must have taken a part in skin having less breakouts.
I get insane cravings for Hot Cheetos and of course every time I indulge I get inflammation on my cheeks! 😳
Have you noticed that what you eat affects your skin?

Diet and skin tip ⭐ It can help to keep a journal so you can see how your diet is affecting your skin. Also, be patient, it can take 2-3 weeks of eliminating a food group before noticing a change!

* Lots of greens and vegetables
* Natural sources of sugar like berries, maple syrup, agave
* Healthy sources of fat like salmon, avocado, olive oil
