I’ve gotten compliments both on the shade itself — nothing like a dark lipstick to make it look like you tried way harder than you did — and on how well it wore. It’s lasted me through entire meals, and people notice!
This is the OG vampy lip color! 🧛 It’s been around forever, and I still love this lipstick💄, both the shade and the formula. It’s a really flattering🍷 color, but it also stays put. No feathering, and it doesn’t wear down in a weird way.
What makes it really pop, though, is the flecks of shimmer. It’s a super sparkly shadow with a natural-looking base color so it adds brightness and definition to the eyes in the most flattering way. The swatch really isn't doing it justice.
The base is a warm brown (but not too warm!) that doesn’t have a lot of depth, so you can apply it just to the lids without needing to blend it into the crease or add a transition shade.
