Berry Freckled Pen

I’ve been wanting this freckle pen since I saw Hailey Bieber using it. Despite waiting for months for this product to drop (like i’m buying an Hermes bag), this product packaging is terrible. Similar to the other reviews.. the cap wouldn’t pop on and my freckle pen started to turn green. It isn’t even usable anymore and I wanted this product so bad. So disappointed.

Incredibly disappointing that this brand still has yet to change the product cap despite the overwhelming amount of complaints. Not long after using the product, the cap started malfunctioning and I tried holding it together via tape. Shortly after the product became unusable and had to be thrown in the trash because of how the liquid spreaded. I’m looking for other freckle pens that only contain one point like this one. It’s a shame they don’t listen to their paying customers.

Love this product (when it's not too liquidy). However, without fail every time I've purchased this product the cap has broken and it's so annoying to wait for another drop to get a new one for a problem that could be solved. Please make it a TWIST cap.

i loved the formula and the applicator i think it’s the best pen in the market to make your freckles look real but the cap broke/ popped off shortly after buying it and I didnt even drop it or anything so i ignored it but them the ink started turning green and wont go back to brown no matter what i do and when i reached out to get it replaced cause this wasn’t a cheep purchase they didnt do anything about it because of the 90 day policy it was a good product just bad customer service and bad packaging

I love the freckle pen - the shade is perfect and the formula is very long lasting. Unfortunately, I’ve bought two pens (one in the old black packaging and one in the new red packaging) and the caps on both of them have broken. I have reached out to Beaubble and they only replace within 90 days, which is frustrating because this is the type of product that you don’t use much of each day. So both of my pens have had so much more life in them, but since the cap broke, they dried out and I can no longer use them. It’s something to be weary of before buying because it’s a hard item to get. But this never happens with any other product I’ve had, so I think people should be aware!!!
